Born in Saskatchewan, raised in SWO, adulted mostly in Toronto, Robin Taylor Wright finds himself way up north on Treaty Three territory, privileged to live on the land of the first peoples.

Robin lives for storytelling, as a child creating worlds with his Playmobil as a child, as an adult making plays for his human Playmobil to read out loud.

He is the author of Home for Boys, The Maidenwar, Fireproof, Don't You Dare Run Away, Ruby in the Dust, and A Great and Terrible Wildnerness.

Although not good at it, he also enjoys creating original music for his shows. World building is very important.

Influences: Magic realism, Deguchi Norio, Glenn by David Young, Our Band Could Be Your Life by Michael Azzerad, Earthbound for SNES, Sarah Polley, Fugazi, Public Enemy, Stevie Wonder, Minutemen, DIY ethos, his amazing son TK.
